The First-Ever SEP Dress, Made at Jerash “Gaza” Camp
Heritage in motion: created entirely in the Camp and worn by Mary Nazzal on the Wembley stage.
This was a first. The inaugural SEP dress, conceived, cut, and hand-embroidered in the Jerash “Gaza” Camp, stepped onto one of the world’s biggest stages with Mary Nazzal at Together 4 Palestine. A statement in craft and presence, it fused keffiyeh heritage with SEP’s signature embroidery to carry heritage and identity into the spotlight.

Built by Hand. Worn with Purpose.
Designed and made in Jordan, the dress honours the language of the keffiyeh while advancing it, panel by panel, stitch by stitch. The piece is hand-embroidered by SEP Artist Hanaa, it features intentional empty spaces in the pattern, symbolising and remembering the lives lost in Gaza.

“What you wear is what you stand for. This dress carries names, hands, and history who refuse to be invisible.” SEP

Beyond One Stage
The night’s voices carried far: speakers called to Free Palestine, and amplified Free Congo, Sudan, Yemen, and human rights for all. In that chorus, the SEP dress stood as it was made—quietly relentless—proof that fashion is more than decorative; it can be declarative.
