Designed to celebrate Earth Day, the fuchsia embroidery symbolism makes it very special.
An old tale narrates that fuchsia flowers were used to create fairies. Because of their outstretched petals that look like a skirt and their stamen that look like legs, it was thought that, with special actions, fuchsia could miraculously form humans and fairies. The SEP Artists have fairy hands and a super-human resilience, so we love associating their talent with a gift from Earth.
