If you are one of us who love comfortable wear, you will love to add our linen hand-embroidered kaftans to your collection.

The Kaftan dresses are originally based on Islamic culture and were associated with royal gaiety.

Kaftans have evolved a lot over the years, and today they make a stylish and modern wear; below you can see one of them at the coveted Coachella festival.

Due to popular demand, we have completed our kaftan designs with stunning embroidery, inspired by the Hollywood Mary Magdalene movie. We have worked on the embroidery designs on all costumes in this movie under the direction of Academy Award winner Jacqueline Durran, and now one of them is available in a kaftan style, just in time for your Spring Summer wardrobe.

Our kaftans come in dress and in robe styles. They are decorated with hand-embroidery details on the neck, and pockets area.

With Kaftan’s “one size fits all” design, it’s a natural choice for women across all body types and age groups. Kaftan dresses suit everyone.

They make a great dress ideal to wear in the city, at a casual dinner, at a festival, or on the beach.  Breezy and easy, these kaftan dresses accentuate your look. Whether it’s a city trip or a vacation, you can wear them at any time to look good.

Some recommendations for wearing kaftans:

  • Keep the other accessories minimal to let the design speak
  • Match it up with a bohemian hairstyle or a minimal make-up
  • Avoid wearing your kaftan when it’s raining

Currently, you can find these designs at our Geneva SEP Shop, at Rue Vautier 31. They are made of natural linen and feature navy, black, mustard or natural embroidery.
